The Community Care Program connects local businesses and individuals across Dallas–Fort Worth and Waco with restorative postpartum experiences for mothers. Together we make recovery a shared commitment rather than an occasional indulgence.
The Postpartum Experience
Restorative care, brought home
Pura Nova Mama offers in-home postpartum retreats and gentle massage designed for the weeks after birth. Each visit is unhurried and personal, giving new mothers space to rest, be supported, and reconnect with themselves.
Care begins before birth and continues into the early weeks of motherhood, supporting recovery at a pace that feels right for each family.

Sponsor a postpartum retreat or massage experience so a mother can receive care at no cost to her.
